All orders are processed in the order they are received, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail to arrive anywhere in the U.S. with 2-3 days.

You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped and it is possible to track it online.

The Postal Service does not deliver on Sundays or government observed holidays. The Post Office will not deliver large packages to those who utilize a P.O. Box service.

 

You can safely and securely pay for your purchase with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card via PayPal. You'll have the option to sign up for a PayPal account to make all online purchases securely and quickly.

To place your order online, click the "Add to Cart" button located on each basket page. Be sure to click EDIT on the order form to enter the shipping address.

 

       Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt & must be approved before sending back. Please send an email to info@theGildedDragonfly.com describing the reason for return and place the unused portion of the product with the packing slip in the original package.

 

Substitutions:

It may on occasion become necessary to substitute an item; ingredient or decoration, to create your basket.  We will always use an item of equal or higher value.
